• My love and joy of being a therapist is helping others to see the best in themselves. I have the ability to help manage stress, anxiety, depression, compulsive disorders, anger, grief, abandonment, parenting issues, lack motivation, life changes, self-esteem, and lack of self-confidence.

The duality of my educational studies, Mental Health Counseling, and Social Work has enabled my acquired strength to provide exceptional behaviotal and clinical counseling. My Professional knowledge has gifted me the ability to help overcome obstacles. and seek out answers to a troubled past.

My communication, verbal and listening skills are exceptional. I've worked with individuals, couples, adults, veterans, and christian faith based indivduals. I m diverse and accepting of all populations, medically frail, elderly, autisic, neurodivergent, and LGBTQ+communities.

With nineteen years of experience, I'm multi-skilled in providing treatment to individuals wo have experienced serious health conditions, addiction, PTSD, OCD, ADD, ADHD, BiPolar Disorder, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, sexual trauma, workplace trauma, and much more!
